Does something like this exist? Because i would i like to use it at school. Or is it possible to use the one on my pc? :S

Not heard of one, if its disabled at school it still wont from from say a C or an E drive, its the process it stops, not the program.

That's how most setups work. All it does is some program running just looks at the process list, and if it sees taskmgr.exe popup, it kills it. Mind you, you can find many alternatives, such as the one on VulnScan.org.
