Dodgy Email - Printable Version

I got this email with an attachment. I bet $100 it's a virus so of course I didn't open the attachment. So if you get an email with a message something like this:

and with a subject of と 05:13:09[ 敬.请.转.寄] and from a guy named youngman and the email youngman@ms95.url.com.tw just delete it.

I've also been getting these kind of emails. Lucklily I have AVG email scanner that automatically deletes and blacklists anyone who sends me emails with viruses 
.

The contenet is Simplified Chinese which reads:
[Please Forward]
A *fresh* e-paper
News report of what you don't know here*
Truthful report of what happens around the world **
Opens another window towards the world
Please open the attached file (.rar) to view this issue
This issue comes with How to break weblink bans *
A little bit dodgy, isn't it?
Anyway, the content of the file, if I remember it right last time I get this mail, is adware, not necessarily a virus...

Outlook is known to have done so in the past.
