have you tired contacting the programs developers?
have you tried searching on google?
have you tried making the thread title somewhat sensible?

- Insert your Windows setup CD into your computer and reboot;
- Press F10 or R at the "welcome to setup" screen.
- You may need to enter the Administrator account password
- Now type the following;
- cd \windows\servicepackfiles\i386
- Press return and then type
- copy MSGINA.DLL c:\windows\system32
- Now exit the console and remove the disk.
- Reboot the computer

That would be the easiest way to restore a working msgina.dll.

If you don't want the wait; find a working copy of msgina.dll I've attached msgina.dll from my system (SP2). Put it on a CD. Boot off your Windows CD, and use recovery console (or an alternative such as FreeDOS0 to replace the file into C:/WINDOWS/system32/. You would need to know how to use a CLI to do this.

PS I'm going to sleep now, so you won't see a reply for about 15 hours from me.

I already put my post in steps
Follow my previous post, and if that doesn't work follow the following post;

- Extract the file in that archive rav0 attached (using WinRAR)
- Burn the file to a blank CD (don't put it in any directorys just one file on the CD); use a floppy if you prefer
- Insert your Windows setup CD into your computer and reboot;
- Press F10 or R at the "welcome to setup" screen.
- You may need to enter the Administrator account password
- Now type the following;
- If you are using the CD type CD if you are using a floppy type A:
- Press return and then type
- copy MSGINA.DLL c:\windows\system32
- Now exit the console and remove the disk.
- Reboot the computer

Bah, Anubis, you beat me to it, twice!

msg_plus_freak, both the sets of instructions that Anubis posted will give the same effect as my quick post earlier.

i had it and unistalled it and it worked fine, thats why it auto creates a restore point before you install it
