Usually people choose their gender, but when they don't, this image shows up:

and that means that they are bisexual
it would be better if this was shown because it means unkown gender

It doesn't show anything if they don't pick a gender. Look at http://shoutbox.menthix.net/showthread.php?tid=50553 for example.

That isn't the bisexual sign, why would it be, bisexual isn't a gender, bisexual is a sexuality when you like both sexes equally... It is just a mixture of both, if anything, it means that you're an hermaphrodite.

it means transgender, which is basically either you're a transexual or a hearmaphrodite or however it's spelt
