this thing is extremely old. me and -dt- used it like a year ago. nice to see they've allowed more users to use it. not.

its not too great, i used to have it, but if you are an admin or moderator on something it can be pretty destructive, because it works by pre-fetching pages for you, however, it doesn't differentiate between delete buttons and stuff, so it could end up deleting your stuff.

Had it ages ago it saved me 30min of internet loading time
got rid of it ages ago though due to having to do special things to activate it in trunk builds.

Personally i dont really need it as I have 2.2Mbps. I'd say that's fast enough for me

Just installed...

It originally said that it had reached its max capacity but I went to a page that explained how it worked and then when I returned it let me download it. The same exact thing happened to a friend, try it :tongue:

Anyway if you want to get rif of it do the following...
Right click on the taskbar>properties>custmoize>were it says google web accelarator change the option to always hide.

LOL I sent them a mail telling them it slowed my browsing down. Mind you this was some time ago and the app may have improved.

I hated it cos it would often not display the pages right, would miss things out and then tell me how fast it is.

Well, on testing sites I have never visited before it was way faster to not use it, never did find out why.
