Hello,

Messenger Plus! 3.60 is now public and available for download! the big update is "tabbed chats" which allows you to use one single chat window for all your conversations. Many people were waiting for this feature for a long time, I hope you will all enjoy the final result. Grouping your chats together brings more flexibility to Messenger and clears out your Windows desktop. If you don't know much about this kind of feature already, Messenger Plus! will inform you of its existence and will propose to demonstrate its effects.

Of course, many other updates are available in this new version. For example, file triggers can now be created to allow your contacts to automatically request files on your computer. Also, the popular custom sounds feature got a lifting, you can now associate a specific language to each of your sounds. I encourage you to check the change log if you want a complete listing of the updates as well as extra information regarding the tabbed chats feature but in the end, as always, this new version is just better than the previous ones so get it now while it's hot!

I haven't seen this mentionned anywhere else, but I'm ecstatic to see the group blocking feature back in the context menu inside the contact list. Everything else is, of course, absolutely scrumptrulescent as always

Nice job Patchou, I really do hope that people like the tabs seeing all the development and trial&error that went into them. I love them, and its been a pleasure beta testing for you mate . Now, only to get listed in the testers list of the actually program .

I wait so long for the tabbed chat, and its perfect except for just one thing. Is there a way tu put in diferent rows (i dont know if that is the word) instead of the scrolling arrows? I mean to have all the tabs visible.

Okay, there is something wrong because I cannot download the file.  It kept on giving me an error saying "no connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it."

I went to the mirror site to download it and it allowed me to download but the problem now is that the file that they upload was 3.54 not 3.60.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Wow well done again Patchou. Luvin this and telling all my mates to upgrade!!! Love the tabbing its great.
One thing I would love to see tho is the taskbar button flashing orange whichever tab buzzes you if possible, I say this as I'm partially deaf and if I happen to miss the noise I could miss summat important!!!
I know theres the option to have the window jump in front but I'd rather not have that happen for various reasons!

Hope you'll consider this idea tho and keep up the fab work. Mc

ummm the tab does go orange when someone replyes to you

Not on mine! I have 2 chat tabs open at the moment and only if the person on the active tab buzzes me does it go orange. If the person on the tab underneath buzzes me I only get the sound no orange flashing.

Sorry that last post should have said yea the tabs go orange but not the taskbar, unless its reading the name of the active chat tab. Is that as clear as mud or what!!!
