Slow changing from different status's by nuttynovas on 10-01-2005 at 01:34 AM
Not sure if it's messenger 7.5.0306 , mess.be patch 75306 or plus! 3.60.144 but it now takes about a minute (minimal) to change my status to change from e.g.... away to online ???
Any help would be appreitiated.

that is because XP starts using the Page File Memory... perhaps checking how much RAM is used and then Checking how much page file memory is used. You can do this using Alt + Ctrl + Del ![[Image: cool.gif]](http://shoutbox.menthix.net/images/smilies/cool.gif)

How much Ram memory do you Have??
You can have spyware too. Spyware can slow Msn Messenger!

The real reason is most likely the MSN Messenger servers having some hickups lately (which is reported all over the messenger community these days)...
