When upgrading to this version (3.61.145) to (3.60.xxx) it is supposed to disable all plugins, "Screenshot Sender 3" did not disable.
OS: XP SP2
MsgPlus: 3.61.145
MSN: 7.5.0306

There are more plugins that don't disable

well i think it was only really meant for phoenix messing up with tabbed convosations and people not upgrading but it's not really needed too much
