I have a template I got from the internet, and it came with a .psd file. I edited the content of the .psd template. how do I transform that into a webpage layout?

Depending on the change you made you can either edit the css of the template if you changed text colour etc. Or if you changed an image you'll have to save the part of the image you changed (for example if you edited the header you would replace the header image with your new image).
theres no easy tool that lets you do it though :P (unless your template uses slices, but i cant really explain that)

You need to use the slice tool (create as little as possible) and then export it as html and images :)

You would need to slice it, and then code it. If you've never done this before, I suggest following a tutorial. Here's a brilliant one I am going to use, and it's really detailed, but you need a basic knowledge in the programs you need to do it in. :) Here.
