I beleive that the sponsor aggreement has changed....or am I wrong?

And yes it has changed... if you look it's from 3.25 I believe.

yes, well, IMO number 3 (and even 2) do not show how the new setup works. This is majorly important. We know how it works, but you need to look at it from the POV of:
- someone who didn't know about Plus!
- someone who is accusing Plus! for always installing the sponsor automatically
- someone who is accusing Plus! for not being clear and confussing to newbies

for this number 1 is the best...

(number 1 also shows the major differences of the previous versions the most clearly)

Yeah, I vote for number 1 too, shows all the screens and is very clear of what happends.

Personally, I think it should just a plain screenshot of the sponsor screen, rather than a large 1 image explanation on the matter...

Which wont tell a thing about how it works... which is, after all, the only purpose of those sshots: to decently inform/visualize to the people how the sponsor/plus setup works...

The reason why the previous sshots showed only 1 screen is because the whole setup of sponsor/plus consisted of only 1 screen; now it contains 3 screens...

Also remember that the number one complaint by the Plus!-bashers was that the sponsor screen/EULA could be confussed with a normal program (aka Plus!) installation EULA...

Showing only the first screen to those "non-believers" can still make them to say/assume stuff (even though it isn't true of course). With the sshots I made (and especially with the concept of nr 1) those "non-believers" have even less arguments.

Since Traxor made another thread about the very same thing, cross-posting has begun :( and I first wrote the next comments there, but it is far better to keep it in 1 post (and 1 thread for that matter!):

On a personal note: If I was a "Plus!-basher" and if I see those two images side by side as posted by traxor here, I could easly assume many things; one thing being that, judging from those sshots only, the setup got even worse (EULA was visibily removed, the example searchbar picture was removed, etc...)

Also, it might seem unimportant, but to some it isn't: the new sponsor setup/plus setup was introduced in 3.60, not 3.61. Again, this a simple thing to think about when making such sshots, but it's also one of those small things which could prevent misinformation on "certain" anti-Plus! pages.

well, so far for my arguments in defence for my sshots-concepts :p

Nr. 1 of Cookie's images is the best by far as every possible screen is shown and also when wich will appear. The arrows are very clear and not disturbing the images at all, unlike the text placed over the other ones.

I vote the first one.

The second one is not quite concise, because the user is also forwarded to Plus!'s EULA after s/he agrees to install the sponsor.

The third one is not descriptive enough, imo.

Yeah, I guess you're right...

I uploaded all 3 of the screenshots from your zip file earlier today... I'm not going to replace the existing images though, because the new ones are so much bigger and different.
