Install/reinstall Quicktime.

http://www.apple.com/quicktime/download/win.html or through the updater, wich can be found in the programslist.

Like it says, make sure QuickTime is installed.

i'd uninstall it completely from system an Registry, an reinstall it, it could be corrupt

go to STAR > RUN > type in REGEDIT > an look for the

HKEY_CURRENT_USER/SOFTWARE/Apple

               and

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE/SOFTWARE/Apple  an delete those 2 Keys  just the Apple keys thats all,  but uninstall quicktime from ADD/REMOVE before you do that,

i'm pretty sure those are far from the only entries in the registry... also, those contain itunes data too... :-/

You will want to do the following:

Start > Control Panel > Add/Remove Programs > QuickTime > Uninstall Everything

After it is uninstalled do the following
My Computer > Local Disk (C:) > Windows > System32
Delete the following files
QuickTime.qts
Indeo4.qtx
QuickTimeMusicalInstruments.qtx
QuickTimeVR.qtx

(Don't worry if they don't all exist)

Download and install the latest version of Quicktime (Quicktime v7)
