hey guys it seems to me i have the same processes but by diffrent users maybe someone can help me i havent noticed anything startge about my computer but better be safe than sorry.

Download this program http://www.sysinternals.com/Files/Autoruns.zip

Extract the files and run "autoruns.exe"
Once it is completly loaded click File > Save As
Save then attach the file here so we can take a look ourselves at your system startup.

You can also run an online virus scan at http://housecall.trendmicro.com

No its just an EXE that you run on the system. No installation required.
