Hi guys,Im wondering.if I set a come back message to a contact who blocked me.Will he/she get teh message when they unblock me or when they actually come online? (when is ee them offline cos they blocked)
If they wont get a message when they actually come online is there any way to deliver a message to a contact who's currently blocking you?

Messenger treats users who block you as offline in your contact list; therefore Plus! also sees those users as offline, too.
Plus! even doesn't know if they are really blocking you.
When they unblock you, they become online, and Plus!'ll send the come-back message.

Via messenger client, no.
But, of course, you can contact them by email or by phone
