how do i go about getting a google talk account?

You need to use a gmail account, tell me your current email address and I will send you an invite.

I have sent the invite to that email address, sort that out and use the googlemail.com account to get into GoogleTalk.

Trust me, you will get a hell of a lot more soon, I have 100 at the moment, and I have given out about 10 in the last month, they keep going back up to 100 after you send one.

Well you obviously didnt read correctly. Maybe you are thinking about skype. And even if it is skype calling real phones cost money....

for that u can use VoipBuster it has some limitations but is good to mess around with :P
