how do i get the size of windows {eg. firefox, msn convos, IE, etc...} to always open the smae size and me not have to maximaize them each time?

They should always open in their last size, so if you close it when they're small, they will open small.

dam- i close internet explorer when its maximaized {like now} and itl be small when i re open it!

it you open them through their shortcuts you can right click>properties and choose, "Run:" and choose maximized in the drop down menu

but yeh, not always desktop shortcuts just any shortcut of the .exe
