i want to go back to use FF 1.0.7 (not beta) and when i open it, this big ass bar is at the bottom at 1st i tought it was he status bar, so i removed it from the view menu but it was still there , has anyone had this problem before?
edit: even if i go to full screen mode its still there :(

That happened to me when I installed 1.5 alpha 1. Uninstall Firefox, remove the folder (C:\Program Files\Mozilla Firefox), then install again.

nope nathing, everything from default setup fresh installation

no it apears to me that you have the iFox  skin or w/e its called make sure you have the up-to-date one and it might not run with the current  firefox version, skin info here

to update skins, go to TOOLS>Themes> Find Updates

or use a different skin...

deleted my firefox profile, unistalled, install againg create new profile, copy some importa info from old profile, and runs great now (Y)
