Ok i ahd to restore my pc... and i had to delete msn/plus for some reason...and i cannot downlod plus again... when u click the link the page doesnt load or anything. is the Messenger Plus down or something. im baffled!

Simtel is the official mirror site recommended by Messenger Plus!.
When Plus! site is up again, you can see the Simtel link next to the official Plus! download link

Version 3.61.145 is the newest.
If you have the same version number, then it is the latest version of Plus!

If you have installed Plus!, you can see that in the About box.
Or, right click on the executable and click on Properties/Version
