How to disable MSN Picture Packs ??? by DJ_The_SP on 11-14-2005 at 10:02 PM

Hey,

I just thought i'd try and see what an msn picture pack would do.

So i clicked it and it automatically installed, and i cant seem to get rid of it.

Can someone please tell me how i disable the picture pack and make everything look like normal again?

Thanks in advance.

u go to tools

message backgrounds
click  on picture u want removed..and then press"remove to the left of it"

and also do that for "display picture" and emoticons:)

pick which pic u want back for your background and display picture ..and "add" them back to your display

Why remove? You can just set another background.

To do that: click on the background you like to be used as default in tools > my backgrounds...then click "set default" button.

Same goes for the display picture, just set another one again from tools > change display picture.

@ beamy-kitty: disable isn't remove ;)

Well actually  i did. :)

Sorry if i didnt explain it clear enough.

But still....

Is deleting the backgrounds and pictures by hand enough?

I'd rather have a pack uninstall option or something... unless there isnt any. :S

There isn't any. You may want to suggest this to MSN/Microsoft though (help > send feedback) ;)
