Oh well, the almighty Fifa-99 doesn't exist anymore brothers so it's time for us to discuss this..
For those who don't know PES is Pro Evolution Soccer, a Playstation / PC Game and FIFA represents EA Games' soccer game..
SO..
PES :
Current Version : 5th
Creator : Konami
Made since : '99 or '00, before that it was called ISS
Pros : Excelent control, fast game-play, specially great on playstation, Small loading time, fabulous control on the team (taticly), Good graphics that don't take ages to load
Cons : Some unofficial stadiums, clubs and players due to lincese issues (Yep Fifa, is allways fifa 
)
FIFA :
Current Version : 2006
Creator : EA Games
Made since : '96 for snes IIRC
Pros : Official Equipments, Sponsors, Player Names..
Cons : Worst control ever on Playstation , slow game-play, Players are way Eyecandy which takes to a huge loading time
...
What are your experiences with these games and what do you think about them ?

When playing Fifa (even on hardest difficulty) the game goes like this.
Dribbles it into the box.
Goalie comes out.
Passes across to other player.
GOAL....... 13-0
It's much too easy.

I think the only good FIFA game recently was the street game. I love those stupid games lol. But Pro Ev is definetly the better game. Has allways been so since the advent of the PS2 (back when it was called ISS). Ohh & little side note; ISS has been going for a lot longer than 6 years.

Pro Evolution Soccer games have always been my favourite out of the two... I find them, better overall...

The only reason i used to play FIFA was cause it had all the "official" stuff
Give PES that tag and see how fifa is owned cause tbvfh fifa pretty much sux in gameplay
Plus they bloat the requirements so much every year PES has better gameplay and everything
Final Verdict
EA's FIFA Series 1 (for the "official" stuff) - Konami's PES Infinite - 1 (for everything else)
So stfu and play PES

meh, neither i hate football games...
