Hi everyone,

I had tried uninstalling Messenger Plus! for several times, but to no avail! :@

Firstly, I clicked START.
Next, Control Panel.
Then, Add or Remove Programs.
Finally, Change/Remove Messenger Plus! 3.

After clicking "UNINSTALL", a message popped-up.
It says:

"Messenger Plus! has NOT been uninstalled from your computer. Please try again later. "


May I know what is the problem that is stopping me from uninstalling Messenger Plus!?

I'm not too sure but try fully exiting Messenger and Plus! by opening Task Manager (right-click) Start ar and then open Task Manager. End both processes (MsgPlus and msnmgr) and then uninstall as normal.

However, unfortunately, as luck would have it, it did not work. The same message appeared again. (N)

If you installed Plus! with sponsor before some anti add/spyware programs may have crippled the uninstaller. To solve this reinstall with sponsor. Immediately after that uninstall again, make sure you have your internetbrowser fully closed (exit) when uninstalling.

Oops... Thanks, but, actually, I did not install the sponsor program...

do it anyway just in case your anti- spyware program deleted any important files. Just install Messenger Plus! again (without sponsor this time) and it should fix the problem, then you can uninstall :)
