This QFE Patch is similar to the last one that was released for MSN Messenger v7.5 as well and is only 2-3 MB. The QFE Patch is supposedly said to mainly fix sign in issues. So Enjoy Guys :).

This is official, but has not been publically released yet. It is still being Beta tested
