probably from the same program you use to download your normal music etc. if you dont have any then try p2p clients or bit torrent

download normal video files, and convert them to MP4 using Videora iPod Converter. search google

my mp4 came with a transcoder and i dont have an ipod thingy so yeah. its pretty good too, it also convert from mp4 to avi

i dont know if you can get it on the net but its made by creative.

i use torrents to download my movies games ect if you dont have a torrent programe i suggest utorrent its very good and reliable

use the psp media manager...

its sooo prettyful.... lol... it dus everything u need, enjoy:P

There are always promo videos at the Quicktime website, usually heaps of movie trailers.

If you need video for PSP though, you are better off getting video in any format and converting yourself. PSP is very fussy about which video it will accept.
