What the fux O.o
Should i delete my entire cache just for a 10-30kb js file 
Please tell me there is a better way

Just browse to http://shoutbox.menthix.net/general.js and do a hard refresh on the page (normally shift-refresh)

F5 is refresh, Ctrl+F5 is hard refresh in IE
And it's Ctrl+F5 in Firefox too.

F5 is refresh, Ctrl+F5 is hard refresh in IE

Anyways, yeah, that's why I made "general.js" a link in the error message, so you could easily get to it and refresh it.
