the site doesnt even work so how am i suppost to download Messenger Plus! for msn 7!?!

You are right, the MsgPlus! site seems to be down at the moment. Unfortunately this happens sometimes. In the meanwhile you can download Plus! from a trusted mirror. Simtel has many: http://www.simtel.net/product.download.mirrors.php?id=62787

I couldnt find the simtel servers. Thanks for posting em Menthix.
If you want other options then you could download the Mess.be 's MsgPlus! 3 tho i would rather prefer the simtel mirrors that menthix posted
