OK, this was reported by Fallout on #msgplus, but he asked me to report it here.

When certain steps are followed, MsgPlus crashes Messenger.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Start a conversation with person A.

  2. Start a multiple conversation with person B and C.

  3. Set focus to person A conversation tab.

  4. Send person A a file.

  5. Drag file thumbnail/icon from person A conversation tab to the other conversation tab.

  6. Select anyone from the list that appears and click OK.

  7. It will ask you what file you want to send (huh? it should send the dragged file), select the same file you sent in step 4 and click OK.

  8. BOOM! MsgPlus will start switching between the two tabs and hang Messenger.
