My brother has a psp and I want to put some stuff on.
Does anyone know good websites (that they use) for downloading free psp stuff which wont put viruses on your psp.

Even though I don't have a PSP, I recomend PSP Updates, I've used it before to hack a friends PSP. Personally I dont like the layout of the site, and sometimes it seems to be nfn, but overall it's pretty good (plus unbiased to any group ).

It's for my little brother he wants a couple of games maybe that are free.

Lets be straight and short.

If you want the games you can find on the shelves for free.. i cant help you in that part because its ilegal.

If you want homebrew games ( this means games coded by other people ) your PSP must be 1.5 or 2.0 ( 1.5 ensures total compatibility ) you can also downgrade it from 2.0 to 1.5 which is easy.
As any homebrew ( as ANYTHING ) you download from the internet you should download it from sites you trust ( pspupdates is trustable ) and to be even more sure you can download a program that checks a certain homebrew if it has suspicious access to the place where firmware is installed on your PSP ( a chip ).

Before downgrading you should be careful and double check every step you find in the readme.

Free games -> Homebrew -> 1.5 or 2.0

I didn't mean pirated games. Just good-ish ones that have ok graphics and are fun to play on. (that Have been made by other people)

You could risk downgrading to 1.50 .... but you have a chance of bricking it, making it useless. If it does work, however, your possibilities are practically endless.

If you upgrade to firmware 3.03 you can get "HEN 303 - the Duff release" it claims to enable homebrew on 3.03 without downgrading, I've yet to try it though.

personally id upgrade to 2.71, then downgrade to 1.50 then upgrade to 3.10 Open Edition

No, it's 3.10OE', there's no 3.30 OE yet.

I have 3.10OE on my PSP, it rocks. You'll needa downgrade to 1.5 before installing it, though.

when it comes up with corrupted file on your psp in means that the file is not in like the category or doesnt have the software to play all you need to do is if you have intunes copy nad past the file into the it will convert it for you then put it back on you psp this should work. This is what happened for me when i tried to put music on my psp and it sed that so i converted in on itunes
if you dont have itunes then you can down load it for free go to google type itunes then its either the first or the second one

Fucking addicted to patapon, same as I was addicted to locoroco suggest you get these games.
