use a cd burning program like nero...
'write image to disc'

they are like .iso

add the smaller one to write to disc... i think its .mdf......

like you would with .cue (the other being .bin)

writing them to disc....

or use daemon tools to mount the image to a virtual drive?
(or alcohol 120%)

nero should recognize the MDS files, if it doesnt, choose the MDF and it should give you settings for a foreign image file. Leave them as they are and burn.

and to extract the files, either emulate it and copy the files or use Ultra ISO to see them.

One of several CD image formats that Alcohol 120% can mount. Alcohol 120% is used for media backup. IsoBuster can interpret these files directly.
