You can't go wrong with Rabindranath Tagore.

As to finding a specific poem, I second Ddunk on recommending Google:

There is plenty to find, even by following Ddunk's link... All you need to do is click and read :/

As you can read from many links, besides writing in Bengali, he wrote in English too.

And from wikipedia (also a link which pops up with Ddunk's link): Other early notable poets in English include Derozio, Michael Madhsudhan Dutt, Joseph Furtado, Armando Menezes, Toru Dutt, Romesh Chandra Dutt, Sarojini Naidu and her brother Harendranath Chattopadhyaya.

So you can search on those too...

Tagore himself translated a number of his poems in English.  Given that they were his poems and he was translating them himself (and creating some original uniqueness in the process), that could be close enough.  Take a look at this:

I don't know whether he ever wrote anything in English "from scratch".

Quite frankly, I think the combined requirement, of it being Indian poetry and originally written in English, is conflicting and silly.  While some poets of Indian descent who wrote in English probably exist, I'd doubt those would be the best examples of either Indian culture or English language.

True....

Nevertheless there are plenty who wrote in English (leaving the question about how representative they are for English/Indian literature in the middle). A good example is Gieve Patel who write in English and is apparently "an important presence in the history of modern Indian poetry in English".
