I have like 3 svchost.exe processes... Is that normal?... and is it nessessary?... It's a system process so I'm afraid to do anything with it before I know if it's something that is needed.... at least 3 processes of it.

Yes it's normal.
I usually have 6 svchost.exe processes, and one of them has big mem usage 30+ MB <- =/
