Iv been trying to sotr my PC out iv been having loads of problems but this is really bugging me...
All the profiles on my PC got deleted, so i had to make a new one, i wanted to recover my documents because they are on the computer, but it says access denied i think this may be because on my previous account i changed the properties so they were unaccesible on everyones account but mine....
And i have not got access to any of my work or anything does anyone know how i cant get to the documents...
I have tried safe Mode and i am seriously pissed off...
Help Much appreciated..

It is because you made the folder private. Still, a program most likely exists that access the disk/filesystem directly (ie not through Windows) to let you recover files regardless of the permissions that they should have.

That will solve your problem and allow you to access the files.
