Hiya all, RE: BEEEEEEEP!!!!! by ddunk on 02-25-2006 at 09:19 AM Take a look at your motherboard manual. The back of it should have a guide to beeps. RE: BEEEEEEEP!!!!! by Nathan on 02-25-2006 at 09:24 AM Havn't got one RE: BEEEEEEEP!!!!! by ddunk on 02-25-2006 at 09:25 AM Search the internet for it then, it should be available. RE: BEEEEEEEP!!!!! by Anubis on 02-25-2006 at 09:45 AM This problem, as Ddunk said, is very likely an error that your motherboard is telling you about by making this noise. However it may be something as simple as if you have an external graphics card (in a PCI slot) that it needs to be secured; if you have an external graphics card (in a PCI slot) take it out and put it back in. Nope I dont I have a gpu in the agp slot RE: BEEEEEEEP!!!!! by [MR] on 02-25-2006 at 05:27 PM take the little battery out of the motherboard and then out it back it. RE: RE: BEEEEEEEP!!!!! by Supersonicdarky on 02-25-2006 at 05:40 PM
quote:thats for the clock, hows it going to help? RE: BEEEEEEEP!!!!! by [MR] on 02-25-2006 at 05:42 PM
quote:because it helps. everytime that happens to me i just take it out and it works. it resets it. RE: BEEEEEEEP!!!!! by lizard.boy on 02-25-2006 at 06:46 PM its not just the clock, its also for all your bios/cmos settings. RE: BEEEEEEEP!!!!! by Ghost_Stalker on 02-25-2006 at 06:56 PM Usually, a long beep is your video card. If your motherboard has integrated video, remove the AGP card and try booting your PC. Or try the video card in another PC. RE: BEEEEEEEP!!!!! by saralk on 02-25-2006 at 07:03 PM
if you know what brand of motherboard you have, you can do a search on google for it. RE: BEEEEEEEP!!!!! by Nathan on 02-25-2006 at 07:06 PM
quote: Yep tried that... Made no difernence Ahhh well I will just get saving up for a new pc It will take me about a year though RE: BEEEEEEEP!!!!! by Adeptus on 02-25-2006 at 07:15 PM
I am assuming you mean an endless, steady beep. If not and there's actually some pattern (sequences of short beeps, long beeps, etc.) try to describe them as accurately as you can. RE: BEEEEEEEP!!!!! by Nathan on 02-25-2006 at 07:17 PM
Tis like this Beeeeeep <space><then it restarts> Beeeeeep <space><then it restarts> etc etc RE: BEEEEEEEP!!!!! by Reaper on 02-25-2006 at 07:21 PM do you know the motherboard make? RE: BEEEEEEEP!!!!! by guanako on 02-25-2006 at 07:30 PM something like that happend to me but it was because i removed some RAM and when i put it back i didnt put it right, so i meant that the RAM was not correctly inserted or something. check that. RE: BEEEEEEEP!!!!! by Nathan on 02-25-2006 at 07:35 PM
I did i put it into a nother socket etc.. RE: BEEEEEEEP!!!!! by Voldemort on 02-25-2006 at 09:02 PM

No RE: BEEEEEEEP!!!!! by Plik on 02-26-2006 at 11:34 AM
quote:huh? Its not work, but its working, but you think it wont in a few days What did you do to fix it (if it is working) if it isn't: quote: RE: BEEEEEEEP!!!!! by Nathan on 02-26-2006 at 11:36 AM I dunno I jsy fiddle and after aboit 10mins of fiddling it works RE: BEEEEEEEP!!!!! by [MR] on 02-26-2006 at 03:22 PM unplug the power plug for about 5 minutes and plug it back in. RE: BEEEEEEEP!!!!! by Plik on 02-26-2006 at 03:28 PM
quote:How would that help The beeping is either cause by faulty hardware, or a dodgy bios setting. And upluging the powerplug will make no difference to either of those. RE: BEEEEEEEP!!!!! by superjugy on 02-26-2006 at 03:35 PM have you tried to get a technician? RE: BEEEEEEEP!!!!! by [MR] on 02-26-2006 at 07:27 PM
