Uh, progress is slow on the WebUI at the moment. The last version I tested out was buggy (although usable), but lacked lots of features.
There are no release dates, it'll be out once it's finished.

so does shareaza, however that has become rather slow in comparrison to the likes of limewire

Utorrent is small and takes up to 5mb of ram (thats the highest it has gone for me)

I know that, I'm using uTorrent too, and I like it VERY much 
But I just informed you that Azureus has this feature
I was an old Azureus user and was very pleased with it, I didn't mind that it used that much memory, I have enough . But the latest build kept bugging with my router and stuff, so I switched to uTorrent.
