It should be recognized as a usb microphone. If it does, it'll show up under the 'Audio' tab in 'Sounds and Audio Devices' in Control Panel.
If its there, it should be pretty straightforward...just set the source of the program you use to record as Logitech Audio, or set it to default so all programs use it. I can't be 100% that this will work with your webcam as i have a Logitech QuickCam Zoom. Hope this helps.

Is it USB? If so, then the mike will be registered as a separate device, which you can then use like any standard mic.

surely using any recording software, you will be able to do it. i use my eyetoy camera as my webcam, which has a built in mic. try using recording programs (windows sound recorder for example) and you should be able to do it no problem
