i was wondering if anyone could make a plug-in that alters my name to say a random chuck norris fact, for example : [-[mike]-] -===- (random fact that changes every hour)
i was wondering if anyone could make one for me?? because i dont know how to make them myself, and im not sure i ahve the programs to do it

Take a look at NickChange Plugin, that can do what you want...
