Try a different (working) monitor on your PC. If that doesn't show any images, then probably the GFX card's gone. RE: HELP MY PC DIED by Killers2 on 03-19-2006 at 04:05 PM i just tried it on my hdtv it doesnt get a picture either did i burn out the graphics card or something when my new ram was being fit they said their "were some problems during instaltion of it but it should work ok" and the bios does not beep at me RE: HELP MY PC DIED by Val on 03-19-2006 at 04:09 PM hmmm I have a feeling your graphics card over heated and stoped working, try to see if a similar one would work. Next check the wires in the PC case, maybe one of them burnt or got disconected. RE: HELP MY PC DIED by Killers2 on 03-19-2006 at 04:14 PM checked the wires non are disconnected or burnt out i dont understand what you mean by try a diffrent one RE: HELP MY PC DIED by Voldemort on 03-19-2006 at 05:20 PM Well, if your pc has onboard card, you can try there. RE: HELP MY PC DIED by Panic! on 03-19-2006 at 05:27 PM If you have an old Graphics Card lying around the house, then open up your case, and swap it with the x800. If the monitor is working, then your graphics card as overheated. Chances are that your GPU has overheated, considering it got to 60 degrees . RE: HELP MY PC DIED by [MR] on 03-19-2006 at 06:08 PM
