hi there im in need of some help, my girlfriends comp wont let her upgrade her msn from v7.0 if she tries 7.5 or even wlm it simply says it wont let her on (cant remember the exact error code or message) but then she reinstalls 7.0 and all is cool
any one have any ideas why this??

does she have windows xp installed on her computer or win2k or below?

try and ask you girlfriend to remember the error code as that is crucial to the specific error
