Looks alot nicer than the other builds and more of a 'finished' touch.

i like it. i wasnt keen on the squareness of .566. a great improvement. any download links or information about a release?

I blame a developer :p.  And I'm not going to enlighten anyone about this cause it was soposed to be a secret (a). Oh, and this isn't the confirmed final look. Expect this UI to be tweaked even further as feedback is given (New initiative by Leah :p).

I like it a lot too ;)... Hopefully this means the finished version will come out soon!... April is in a day and a half ;)... And the faster WLM is released.... The sooner that Plus! Live can be released... :p...

Will these changes fit with the new MPL Live! UI?? The Live UI seemed to be a lot brighter than that of the new UI for WLM..sorry just askin, i do prefer the new UI Very much and cant wait for the release of the new build :)

The UI of MP!L will be updated to match seemlessly the released build for WLM :)

The screenies look really good. If thats how wlm turns out to be, im sure people wont mind shifting to wlm cause the first builds of wlm were hedious :P

Seems like its an internal Build.. Not even testers have it (Yet?) and theres no version number on Mess.be either..

We just need to be patient and wait :) hopefully we'll have more news next week

Is it a skin or is it real?
I have been snooping around and found various details around the net about it.
www.mastaline.com claims it to be build 8.0.0614
www.messengermad.com (Although I cannot access the site) is rumoured to have it as 8.0.0646

I also stumbled across this at www.mastaline.com, it is a skin of the so called 8.0.0614 build for build 0566.

I personally think that it is a genuine build, as looking at Mess.be's screenshots compared to mine of the skin seem to differ. They may have said this at mastaline.com yet I cannot read german therefore I cannot understand it.

It can't be a skin. The buddy icons are new. This is evidence that skinners would know :P

The build is real, but the installer replaces 2 files. We need to find the full installer :P

The skin is based upon the new build,
Look at images of the skin compared to those from Mess.be;
1) The skin doesn't have the arcs in the title
2) The title is centered and without the word "Beta"
3) The icons under your name and personal message are adjusted slightly to the right as 0566 is under the picture

This prove it must be a new build, or a very well photoshopped image.

It seems like a skin. EXpect the buddy images cannot be changed because of the .rle extension. These are brand new :O

They are the icons by the contacts name. Now skinners have to re code in images as pngs, but the buddy icons are stripped up so they cannot be coded in. We can change the buddy icons, but only using ones from previous wlm builds :P

I have understood you now, My brain has woken up. Indeed, the resources have the build number 8.0.0614 yet I have found one major flaw...

I am running Windows LiveOneCare and it doesn't seem to allow any modified version of Windows Live Messenger to connect. It isn't allowing this to connect either...So does this mean it is fake?

It is indeed allowing it to connect...Very unusual.
