can someone.... by super-schaf on 04-11-2006 at 10:30 AM

hi.

as a few might know , i have made a usb fridge.  (look here if you dont)

anyway...  i was wondering if someone would /could create a little program that would turn on the num lock when power is  going out out of the usb port.

it would be reallly cool if that would be possible.

i have no idea what so ever about programing.

thx in advance.

The power rails are always live, so you'd have to use the data wires to tell the PC the fridge is on. This will of course trigger the Hardware Detection Wizard, which will try and find a driver for your fridge.

Windows drivers for a fridge...

:P could be nice... haha.... Not very practical though :p.. Might as well get a little fridge, and plug it into a power outlet near your computer.

USB's probably easier to write drivers for TBH.
