hi :)


i can't login to msn messenger  cause there'r someone used MSN Freezer Program   and can stop my account :(

also i can't sign in to passport.net i have error  ( Sign in failed. )  :(
i can only reset password via email  but cann't login to msn messenger any way


please..  can you help me

How do you know someone used MSN Freezer Program on you? I guess you could download it and de-freeze it, but I wouldn't recommend that...

have you tried clearing your cache/Cookies?  an then try to login

hi,  iam sure  there'r some one using MSN Freezer Program


iam trying to de-freeze :(


and iam trying to sign in from many pc to msn messenger and to account serveice in passport.net and and  have same error

from passport  i have this error :
Sign in failed.
You've tried to sign in too many times with an incorrect e-mail address or password, or someone else is trying to sign in to the account .

run a spyware/Ad-Aware search an clean cookies etc.. then try to login ..

If you know who it is, then report them to msn.
Otherwise the only thing you can do is wait until they stop using the program, or return the favor on them :P

That wont do anything, if you read the thread you would see that its a program running on someone elses machine thats causing it.

Basically all the MSN Freezer program does, is repeatedly try and log into your msn account with a random password, thus causing it to not let you log in because of all the failed log in attempts.
Who can say "Cleanfilm" =P
