you can buy a dynamic meego when you go to change your display picture you go to create a dynamic display picture.

my friend has a moving ice age 2 display picture, but was reluctant to say where he got it from. i just wondered if anyone new where you could get free moving display pictures from.

u go on PACKS in the conversation window then click on one of the FEATURED PACKS and they are free!

They are called dynamic display pics and the only ones you can get free are from Packs the others you must pay for

Also if you find certain websites/programs that do give away free winks, dynamic display pictures be aware they probably will contain a virus of some sort unless its officially from microsoft or a partner

Many of these give-away sites offer content which is ripped from others though (and in doing so, illegal).
