Hey,
If a windows file structure has been corrupt. Can it be repaired with an Windows Repair CD?

File structure might be able to be repaired by repairing your installation of Windows.
A corrupt file system will probably never be repaired properly, and a Windows CD can't repair a file system (it can delete and make a new one though).
