MSN Sound Convosation Problem by B3N_H4M1D on 04-18-2006 at 07:35 PM

When i have a sound convosation on MSN messanger then there is a loud static sound coming from my mic straight to the other persons spdeaker an then coming back through there mic and out of my speaker.

Also there is alot of echo. I think the echo is because my mic is to close to my speakers - my mic is in my webcam ontop of my moniter and the speakers are built into the moniter.

But the thing i really need help with is the static.

Thanks

try this: go to control panel> sounds and audio devices(classic view)>advanced> and on general volume tick with out sound for microphone (if there isn't a microphone option go to options>properties> and select microphone)

this should low the feed back but it won't fix all you should put the webcam at distance from the  speakers
