normal plus live icon for me....try exiting your browser and trying again...if that dosent fix try pressing Control+F5 on your keyboard :)

just deleted the history, and not its back to normal, how dodgy, i've never seen that favicon before

IE7 has some dodgy problems with favicons :P

Seriously speaking, its the problem with IE 7 (all 3 major builds that i have heard so far of)
You you can ctrl+f5 and if that doesnt work clear your cache or just ignore it. I'd change my browser but hey, i dont want to start a browser fight here :P

(IE7 displays the text oddly and plus it does have certain rendering features ..... you can have a different icon for a link but when you scroll over it, it changes thus giving the activation feature. This however doesnt work on IE7 properly 8-))
