I would just like to ask anyone if they could design a template for my website out of HTML if it is good enough I will put your ads on my site since I cant pay you. I have been looking for a good template all year but I havnt found one

bout OSWD I put css doc in the body and none of it worked none of the pic came up only some of the writing
