Messenger Plus! is most likely already distributed with the language of your choice. When you install it, it should automatically use the system language. If this is not the case, you should be able to select your preferred language from a list during installation.

For the record, the current version is distributed with the following languages:
English, Arabic, Catala, Chinese Simplified, Chinese Traditional, Dansk, Deutsch, Espanol (Espana), Espanol (Latino), Estonian, Finnish (Suomi), Francais, Greek,  Italiano, Japanese, Korean, Magyar, Nederlands, Portugues, Svenska, Thai, Turkish.

... and the Translator made by Choli, is a tool so you can make your own language for Messenger Plus! in a more controlled way.

To use it you must select the default English language (DefaultLg.dat) in the upper file selection box and a translation file in the lower file selection box. The differences, and thus the translations, will be shown in the treeview and the two textboxes.

-----

But note that the Translator is not a tool which should be used alone. It is meant as an aid to do some (quick) checking and (quick) translating. It is excellent for that. However, translations which are made only with Choli's Translator can easly be picked out because they are often full of errors and inconsistencies. Every key has to be manually checked within Messenger Plus!, consistency is to be taken in account, etc... etc...

To make proper translations you can use this Translator tool, but you must use it together with Windows Notepad, or similar text editor. You need to constantly check the translation in Plus! itself, etc.
