I can't open the format panel and emoticons sounds in messenger plus 4.
When i click on them nothing happens.
I can't send sounds.
Any Help??

Go to Plus! > Prefrences > General > Sound and check your options.
Can you send sound via Plus! > Send Commands > Builtin sound?

In Send Commands anything I try to send I get!
Neither Built in sound I cant see. Is there this option?

There is a topic about this in the help part of the forum about msgplus!live 
I have the same problem too and we aren't alone ^^

This way it worked!
# Exit messenger.
# Go to C:/Program Files/MSN Messenger and delete "riched20.dll" if its there (Smilie).
# Restart Messenger.
