Annoy Bug by R4000 on 06-25-2006 at 08:19 AM

I'm pretty sure this is a bug, as im able to replicate its effect.

try it yourself:
a) turn a script on (i used the RSSReader, that for some reason didn't work anyway)
b) then open plus preferences
c) DO NOT TURN THE SCRIPT OFF
d) select the script, hit the REMOVE button.
e) there ya go... your plus and msn should have just crashed, totaly frozen.

Any ideas on howto fix this? Atm i have to relaunch everything and then it lets me delete the script. But its kinda annoying.

IF the issue is the same as I think it is, it shouldn't happen with normal scripts.

Only when the script is actually running constantly (note: turning it 'on' doesn't mean it runs constantly) and if it has a window open or a process in the background, etc this could happen and is a known 'limitation'. It is the responsebility of the script creator to properly close any objects when the script is stopped.
