I need some help.  I have installed, uninstalled and reinstalled Msg Plus Live.  Both times I tried to install it appears to install successfully and get the additional buttons and options but they appear to do nothing when clicked on. 

I don't know if I'm being stupid because I can't seem to work out why nothing appears to work.  All the extra buttons and menus appear and the preferences screen works but thats about it.

Anyone kind enough to shed any light on why this is happening I will be most greatful.

Thanks, as far as Im aware WLM was clean and unpatched but will try uninstalling and reinstalling both again anyway - won't hurt will it lol

Edit: Ok, I have uninstalled both WLM and Msg Plus Live, restarted my computer and reinstalled both and still Msg Plus Live appears to do nothing except show the preferences screen and event log.  Any futher ideas greatly appriciated...

Go to C:/Program Files/MSN Messenger and delete "riched20.dll" if its there.
This worked for me......hope it works for you...
