hello
the format panel, emotion sounds and messenger plus live functions do not work in my conversation boxes. ı cannot also any of those special functions of plus in my conversations.
ı removed the windows security wall on the program, uninstalled and re-installed it but it just didn't work. what can be the reason?

Have you enabled all the correct options in Preferences?

yeah, all the options are enabled.
