Listening to [Song Title] by [Artist]
?

Yes you can use MessPatch to do this, you can get it from http://mess.be.
If you're a Live! Scripter: Is this possible to do with a Plus! Live script? If so, I would like one to be made because I don't like patching my messenger installation.

The mess patch just reverses the two...
